烘焙想法:

此為輕發酵酒香的日曬豆,為了表現酒漬日曬的特色,會採用轉化更完全的烘焙方式:全程火力偏大,快要進入一爆後火力降至最小,利用鍋爐餘溫讓豆子持續爆裂升溫,待草味與麥味消失,果香與微微焦糖香出現時才下豆。
