【烘焙想法】
峇里島的海拔偏低,但是豆子體積又比較大,日曬豆密度稍差。在烘焙上,入豆火力比照一般水洗大小,但在過程中增加降火次數,進入一爆後維持豆子一定升溫率,避免爆裂過於劇烈,但是需發展到爆裂後期,聞不到草味才能下豆。
